The FY2027 standard CONUS per diem rate is $113 a night for lodging and $68 a day for M&IE, $181 a day in all, from October 1, 2026. Lodging is up $3 from FY2026. M&IE is unchanged at $68.
It applies to every county in the 48 contiguous states and DC that is not listed as a non-standard area: 25,328 of the 40,426 ZIP codes in GSA's FY2027 ZIP code file.
