“A success! We made demonstrations even on the steps of the fair and at the hotel, out of hours”. So explained Oscar Herencia, founder and director of Baraka Travel Club, talking about the great reception given to the revolutionary software has presented at the fair world’s largest tourism partner: the Arabian Travel Market.
From May 4 to 7, all eyes in the sector have been fixed at the site of Dubai, which attracts thousands of professionals around the world with the intention of promoting destinations, discuss new technologies applied to the world of travel and mark trends for the upcoming months. In this context, and from its stand located directly opposite the official stand of Turespaña, the veteran Catalan company has been making presentations to a whole batch of travel agents, eager to find ways to make more profitable their actions. They have also presented to see the show several government agencies from different countries and many private companies.
For almost 20 years Baraka has been the creator of dream trips for restless minds seeking culture, history, experiences … now they have created the application with professionals dream of. A powerful, flexible tool, able to calculate the prices of complex trips only in a few minutes. “We have been so well received that we are evaluating to give exclusive areas to interested companies.” After four years on the road of internationalization (they already have offices in Tehran and Dubai), their experience at the ATM 2015 established them as benchmark innovators in new markets.
